A cute little drone hyperlapse I shot with @timelapsejunkie during my road trip from coast to coast.
I’m still learning how to properly use that drone when shooting hyperlapses. You always need to stabilize a bit, but I realized that the speed also helps to stabilize the aircraft. The faster it gets, the more stable your clip will be. And I think my problem is that I always go too slow, so the aircraft will potentially change altitude and change the perspective of whatever I’m shooting, which is almost impossible to fix! Next time, I’ll select a bigger distance to avoid this!
A clear Sunday morning of July 2019 in New York. I shot this timelapse after we got back from an entire night partying in Manhattan around 6am. I set up my camera in AV mode on the balcony and went to sleep for a few hours. LRTimelapse did an amazing job clearing up all the flicker from the AV mode! The camera was very hot after a few hours in the direct sun, but it survived and caught an amazing timelapse of Midtown Manhattan at sunrise!
2019 has been a very stressful year for me! But It was also full of travel and meetups with other talented photographers such as @scottwelsch in LA, @jtimelapse in San Francisco, @timelapsejunkie in Dallas, @nyc_timescape and @timelapse_travels in New York, @adam_feigs in Philadelphia, @zackreed.pro and @jacob_mckeemedia in Denver and @mattrayephotography and @atlantatimelapse in Atlanta!
I drove 3700 miles alone between Los Angeles and New York, I worked with big companies such as Adobe and Facebook, and visited cities and places I had on my bucket list for ever! I went to France for a month and finally timelapsed Montreal in Quebec!
I can’t wait to see what’s 2020 is going to bring me in term of personal and professional accomplishments! We’ll find out! In the meantime, enjoy a 50 second video of my best work from 2019!

A sunset in Atlanta...
It is probably the second time in my career that I experience such sunset. The colors were reflecting on the clouds for over 45 minutes, all the way to full darkness! It was incredible and magical!
Thank you to @mattrayephotography for inviting me to that spot on that specific day, it was definitely worth it!
